In my opinion, the thing with Slytherin is that in Harry's generation, most of the Slytherins we see are either the children or relatives of death eaters who were raised within that pureblood supremacist world view, and the previous generation (Harry's parents' generation) was the generation who were at Hogwarts during Voldemort's first ascension to power, and Slytherin house was one of his primary recruiting grounds. That means that within the timespan of the 7 books, from Harry's perspective (someone whose parents were killed by Voldemort and who was the number one target of Voldemort and his death eaters), what we get to see the most about Slytherin is their worst side. I think it's not a coincidence that the few good Slytherins we see are of another generation, like professor Slughorn and Andromeda Tonks (Andromeda wasn't that much older than Harry's parents, but I think she would have graduated at around the time Voldemort was just beginning to actively recruit). Within this context, I think it makes sense for the house of Slytherin to have refused to fight alongside the other three houses in the battle of Hogwarts, since for many of them, that would've meant fighting against their family - and they weren't like Sirius who'd cut off his entire family, either. I'm not saying they were right, because they absolutely weren't, but I think there's just no way it could've gone any other way. Besides, because a lot of Slytherins became death eaters both in the first and the second time Voldemort tried to take over, as well as the fact that Voldemort was a descendant of Salazar Slytherin, when we consider the fact that Voldemort terrified people so much that even years after his first defeat people were too afraid to even say his name, it's really inevitable that the house of Slytherin's reputation would suffer. In the epilogue we get the sense that things will get better with time, but it's not something that can change in a day or two. I think the house of Slytherin isn't intrinsically evil, but the people who came out of Slytherin during the timeline we're presented with in the books are mostly either Voldemort, or death eaters or relatives of death eaters who either go on to become death eaters themselves or at least are open sympathizers. I think if we just look at the books, there's no denying that most Slytherins we come across are nasty, but I believe that they aren't nasty because they're Slytherins. It's a case where correlation doesn't equal causation. After all, we also get people like Wormtail who was a Gryffindor and he was one of the worst pieces of human garbage ever to grace the pages of any Harry Potter book.

RICE IS LIFE. So if you're desperate enough, there's many ways to make rice as long as you have rice grain, also knows how to cook. 😂😂😂😂
